I-130 NOA1 : 2008-09-08

I-129F Sent :

I-129F NOA1 : 2008-09-23

I-129F RFE(s) : 2009-02-05

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Hello Vjers. Finally, I got our case completed on 6/8/09 and we received our interview appointment letter the next day. I didn't expect it. I was planning to call the NVC on Friday to give them days, so I really didn't call them today. But, when I checked my email, I got the NVC letter with appointment date. This is awesome.

Any VJers who have the same interview date as mine? July 28, 09, 8:30 am at Manila Embassy!

Thanks to those who helped us in this journey..Glad it's almost over. :-)

hope everyone else gets their case completion and interview date. This is the best time for case completion, because you will get your interview date right away. Good luck!

Congrats!!! I am hoping to get the same good news too! I just called NVC and they said that my case is "waiting to be completed"... I do hope and pray to get the same interview date as yours! Godbless :)

That is possible! You are lucky, because you can still get a July interview if your case will be completed this week. Good luck! Hope we really could have our interview on the same date and time.
