Went to the interview and was not granted the K1 visa, due to not knowing English. I was told to file CRS1, can anyone help me with this proceedure, is this a extended process for the K1?

Thank you

Not knowing English is not a reason for denial in itself, I assume you were denied because they didn't belief you had a bonafide relationship/ could not communicate with eachother?

I am not familiar with CRS1, is it a specific form?

Did the CO suggest CR-1? That is a marriage based visa.

i (we) went to guangzhou for K-1 interview on 6/10/2009 and my fiance got a pink slip and she doesnt speak very good english at all - more like chinglish - we communicate very well because we understand the meaning of the words that we use (part english part chinese) - she only said that she promises that she will learn english once in the u.s.a. - they spoke to her in chinese so that wasnt the problem - it sounds like the reason for your denial was not due to the lack of english but must of had some other deciding factors involved
