thanks all

Unfortunately, she got a green/blue sheet(not sure) this time, they asked her to comes back with all evidence and a timeline on july 9th

is it good or bad?

i will post all the questions later.

Dan

Sorry Mr Legs hopefully its blue, blue is better than green from what we hear. Good luck on getting them what they need, I suggest sending an updated personal statement and timeline yourself directly to the consulate via FedEx.

From what I understand, there won't be an actual second interview. They'll accept the documents and tell her they'll let her know once they've made their decision. It might help if you were there to submit the documents with her, and there was some way that this fact could be conveyed to the CO making the decision, but I'm not sure how you'd do that. Perhaps ask if you could speak with the CO...

Hey Dan - if youre going anyway a meeting with the consulate might be a good idea to go over exactly what they want . If you email in advance and provide case # and details the consulate will meet with petitioners wednesdays and thursdays from 4-5pm only. we had this info ready in case we had trouble but thankfully all went well for us. The email address we received (hopefully this is right, we didnt need to use it) - is bennettce@state.gov - i hope this works and helps you.

by the way we did not know you were not here in the city and were looking out for you, we thought we saw you on a scooter outside ben thanh market last night around 10pm, i almost waved and yelled "Mr Legs!" but i wasnt sure so i chickened out, lol. best wishes to you guys.

Best of luck! My wife also received a blue/green paper (can't remember which) initially asking for a notarized timeline. I provided that as well as some other stuff they wanted which probably don't apply to you. (We were introduced by relatives, so they wanted information on them and how I knew them.) After we gave them what they asked for, we got the pink sheet.

It seems to be pretty "standard" to ask for a blue/green paper, so hopefully it's just a bump in the road.

Sending good vibes your way!

I am so bummed out by this turn of events. MrLeggs, after the 1st interview my babe got a blue asking for a timeline also and a list of relatives in the states. She went beforehand the date said and resubmitted and got the pink the same day. I made a timeline and a list of relatives and maybe 6 days later she went and resubmitted the timeline and list and voila. Just get the notarized timeline and send to the wifey as soon as possible and have her go and submit it ASAP and get the pink. We need to turn the frowny into a smiley.

But to add something, my babes blue sheet never mentioned the non credible relationship part in her sheet but just to see them ask for the timeline to me is a good sign. You seem to have had all the evidence needed to get a pink so can you please post what the interview questions were and what the questions were and the ambience and so on to give us a better clue. Please?

Do you think she got nervous during the interview or did something wrong that made the CO replace the pink with the blue slip? How did she interview? Maybe you can request another one and I heard, from DV, that you might be able to be at her second interview to prove you relationship is bonifide.
