wow, I am sorry for the hiccup Mr. Dan, I am sure she will eventually get the pink. Let us know what they said on the blue/green sheet and we'll try to help you. I think you can submit evidence before the date they designate. Check out what she needs and get her the necessary documents asap and submit it soon hopefully they can give you the pink sooner. Let me know if you need any help with anything.

"Our Wedding Prayer"

Lord, help us to remember when we first met,and the strong love that grew between us.

To work the love into practical things so nothing can divide us

Grant us a Love that grows stronger with each passing year.

We ask for words both kind and loving

and for hearts always ready to ask forgiveness as well as to forgive.

Guide us to overcome every challenge

and keep our dreams pure to each other always.

Dear Lord,we put our marriage into Your hands.Amen

If your heart acquires strength, you will be able to remove blemishes from others without thinking evil of them.

I don't think she has to make an appointment. What I've seen when I went to the consulate (I went for another matter), they let USC talk to them Tues. and Wed from 4pm-5pm I saw some people just fill out a small paper that they give out with your case number and they look at your file, I seen some people then submit the additional evidence in that time frame whenever they look at your file. Thats how it is if the USC is there. I am not sure about Vietnamese nationals. I think your wife can go up to the front window with the blue slip and they will let you in with a note and then she can submit the evidence. Thats what I think I witness the couple of time that I made to trip to the consulate. As far as the timeline goes, I think you have to write it and get it notarized with you present for it to be valid so I think you have to do it in the states. For our case, they didn't ask us about a timeline. I'm surprised they asked your case (CR-1) to provide a timeline. I thought it was only K1 cases. Anyways If you search this Asian forums on VJ you can see some good examples and instruction on how to make them. I hope this helps.

I'm sure it's just a temporary setback. No doubt the pink is in your future!

BTW, did you submit a timeline already, and they are asking for an updated one? Or, have you not submitted a timeline yet?

Section 221 (g) of the Act prohibits the issuance of a visa to anyone who has failed to present the documents required in connection with the visa

application, or who has failed to submit sufficient credible evidence to support the claimed petitionable relationship. The following remarks apply in

your case.

* Based on the information ascertained through the visa interview and through documentary materials, consular officers do not believe that there is a

bona fide fiance(e) or spousal relationship between Petitioner and Beneficiary. If you have any other evidence to present which would convince a

reasonable person that the relationship exists for a reason other than immigration, please submit it. Please label and itemize all materials

submitted

* PETITIONER: In a sworn, notarized statement, please provide a detailed chronology (timeline) of your relationship. Please explain clearly when and

how you first met, how you were introduced and when you began corresponding with each other, when you felt your relationship became serious, date

and circumstances of marriage proposal (location, time, place, situation, setting, etc ... ). Did spouse or fiance(e) propose in person or by phone? Where

were you when he or she proposed (give exact location)? Did you accept immediately or ask for time to think about it? If he or she did not officially

propose, when did you first discuss marriage? How many trips did you make to Vietnam to visit your spouse or fiance(e)? How many times have you

seen him or her in total? How long did you stay each visit? Please give as many details as possible.

* R-2: YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE FOR RESUBMISSIONS OF REQUESTED DOCUl\JENTS is 91712009 (day-month-year), 13:00-14:00, Window

B, Immigrant Visa Unit (entry at 12:30). For resubmissions at any other time, resubmissions may be made by mail or dropped off at Window B, from

13:00 to 14:00 any working day. The resubmissions will be reviewed later. No receipt wi'll be given. If you do not submit ALL of the requested items at

the same time, processing delays will result. Consular officers will not make a decision on your case until all of the items we requested are submitted.

If you are unable to obtain a requested item, please submit a written explanation. Please label and itemize all materials submitted.

Mr. Leggs, Did you prepare alot of evidence for her this 1st interview? What type of Evidence did you submit to the CO at the time of the interview? Did DV ask her to have more documentations from you. When you resubmit your evidence be sure to include anything and everything that involves proof of your relationship. Try to include more evidence this time whenever you resubmit. This is the advice that was given to me by DV service I used when I asked, what if we got the blue slip.
