power of attorney question

Hello All,

I am the USC living here in the USA, my wife is in the Philippines, I just received the first package from NVC for our IR-1.

I also received the package for my wife.

Instead of sending it to her to fill out and then sending it back, is it possible to just let her fill out a "power of attorney" form and send that to me, so I can fill the forms out and sign them instead of her?

Has anyone else tried this route, and does NVC accept this?

I am really not in a big hurry to get through NVC, but I do have a mis-trust for the Philippine mail system. She has received less than half of the letters I sent her.

Thanks,

rujan

i dunno about the power of attorney but you can use FEDEX or DHL as a mail service its better and faster you can call NVC and ask them about this part sorry for not be able to help you and be sure there is always a way to get your stuff done Good luck
