Hi

We are removing conditions (CSC).

I rec'd my Biometrics appt last month - but NO Receipt number (which i beleive i need to to travel?).

I called the Info Line today - and was told my case had been approved yesterday !!!!!! And to wait 4-8 weeks for my permanent card!

I thought this was meant to take a year?? Its only been a couple of months.

Also, The USCIS guy gave me my Receipt number for the approval - but that number is not showing-up on the 'Online Case Status' website? Could this be because it was only approved yesterday?

I think i'm very Happy! - I just want to see it in B&W before i start partying!

Congrats :) do not worry about the online status, it is not at all accurate. You should receive a letter from your local USCIS office.

December 4th, 2006 - NOA

December 21, 2006 - Biometrics

January 3, 2007 - OUR FIRST ... and last touch
