NVC - LOG IN FAILED? PLEASE HELP - AGAIN!

Hi everyone!

I tried to log in to the NVC Fee payment and it gave me an error message. I also called NVC and they said that my case is under "final review"... Does that mean that my case is almost complete?!! And if so, does that mean that they accepted my husbands BIRTH CERTIFICATE even though it's not from the NSO?

Please let me know what you guys think.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

yeah when you can not log in so this is a good sign for almost case completed and as ya said its under final review so by the new week ya should hear some good news ,Good Luck
