i am looking an attorney not charging me a lots or as much as possible its free if they have. i am living in ca. i need advice for immigration issue.

YOu can also call USCIS or NVC and they will be glad to answer any question or help u with the issue.

You're looking for a family-based immigration attorney (presumably family based). Many will schedule a free consultation but most (dare I say all) will charge for their service (and who could blame them?). If it were me - I would avoid most that charge some sort of flat fee for 'visas' etc - a 'real' attorney (worth their money) will charge for their time (just my opinion).

There are also some church/faith-based organizations that can offer assistance as well.

Depending on your situation, you may qualify for legal aide or help from Catholic Charities. Both should be easily found in the phone book or via google...
