Missing anything for Manila Exam???

Timeline

My Fiance is going next week to Manila for the exam. Below is what i am now sending with her. Please tell me if I am missing anything she needs to take with her. Thanks.

her birth certificate, 3 passport pics, her passport, extra id with pic, $213.35 in pesos for exam cost, black ball point pen, noa1 and noa2, her knowing first and last day of menstrual cycle, also she is taking a letter from the Manila Embassy for scheduling our interview.

I would rather send extra then not enough. Are we missing anything???

03.30.2011 -------ASC Appointment Notice Received

04.22.2011 -------Biometrics Appointment

08.29.2011--------APPROVED! GC RECEIVED!

I would say more money for hotel. does she have prior immunizations? and if she is not familiar maybe a printout of the of the layout of St Marys as in the guides, also i would think that if she came to manila by plane she would need another ID to board the plane back. i dont know if any of this applies but maybe it will help

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

06.19.2010 - papers arrived at Chicago lockbox

06.24.2010 - Check cashed

06.28.2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy received (9 days from the day they got our papers)

07.05.2010 - Received Biometrics Schedule (July 26)

08.05.2010 - Biometrics done! (had to re-schedule from 7/26 to 8/5)

08.13.2010 - Got my interview letter

08.20.2010 - EAD card on production

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

09.25.2010 - 10 yr Green Card received! (98 days)

1. appointment letter from USEM

2. confirmation letter (emailed by Embassy visa call center)

3. passport

4 3 (2x2 visa photographs , white background)

5. medical fee 213.35 USD ( payable in peso)

things she should know:

1. let her know her first day of menstrual period

2. chicken pox scar

3. list down the ff. in order to fill up the patient data sheet form

a. petitioner's name, address & telephone number

b. passport number, date of issuance and expiration

c. case number

d. alien number ( given in NOA 1 or NOA 2)

4. bring water for producing urine easily ( urine test)

5. medical exam ( at least 2wks before her interview)

The fee listed below($95.00) is not correct, right? I understand the fee for the exam to be $213.35 in pesos. Am I correct, or have I missed something here. I didn't know anything about having to pay $95.00. Thanks
