You needed to get that DS-3025 transferred to the vaccination portion of form I-693 as per the directions included with form I-485.

If the medical for visa was more than a year ago, then you may need to do a full medical I-693 rather than just the vaccinations portion of the I-693.

The US Civil Surgeon knows which vaccinations are age specific. Tetanus is required for your age group.

What exactly did the interview letter say? Sometimes a medical gets lost in transit from consulate to USCIS, and they request a full medical.

And did you send a Civil surgeon prepared I-693 in with your adjustment of status?

A VJ friend of mine Highway Star had an AOS interview recently. She had submitted only the DS3025. She received the same letter. I think maybe it's a generic letter that covers all AOS situations including those who didn't have a medical abroad. Anyway the letter also mentioned bringing an I-693. She went to the interview without doing anything about getting an I-693. The subject of the medical was never brought up and she was approved for a GC on the spot.

hi thank you so much for your answers, these doctors here are doing business far from the noble message a doctor should have, they are sucking the blood of immigrants .
