So my fiance and I are getting married on Saturday (yay). We've got the 485, 765, 130 / 131 forms ready. But we have a question... Does he need to have his medical exam prior to sending these forms in?

Thank you!

I believe you need to send the medical exam results and Vaccinations - using a civil surgeon and appropriate forms; my wife's friend who is adjusting from a visitor's visa had to do this. Good Luck

It depends, if she can via K-1 fiances visa, she must have had a medical examination prior entering the US, if she is adjusting status out of a tourist/work/student visa she must have a medical examination performed by a valid civil surgeon. You can find the list @ uscis.gov

I concur with PinkButterfly. I-693 is initial evidence and should be sent with the application. USCIS might accept the application without it and send an RFE or return the package altogether as incomplete. Better to send it. I was in the same dilemma and had to wait another 4 days before i could get the I-693 completed and send out the AOS package.

Good Luck and Congrats in advance on your wedding.
