Get a lawyer. They have no ethics either

Ouch! Hee hee, it was funny though. Anyhow, tell your fiance. See where it goes from there.

I do recognize that my conduct can be offensive and I am not pretending to be excused but been born here and basically raised for relatives in Mexico, perhaps did not give me the opportunity to have more solid values and good English skills.

There is no doubt that my fiancee will know soon about this situation and I did not make emphasis on it, because I understand that this is not a sentimental forum.

Now, talking about the legal aspect and regarding the form I-864, luckily that is not the issue. I own two small companies and even though the actual bad economy, I cannot complaint. My point in this forum is….. I afraid that after ....hey Baby please forget me, but I was fooling around with another woman, I have to say….by the way your status can be in the limbo. I made her sell her properties and quit her job. I regret my mistake and I want to be responsible for my actions from now on.

Thanks for your comments

Quit making excuses, every living thing on the planet knows right from wrong. Your parents didn't fail you. You went around poking anything you could while arranging a marriage and moving another person from their home country.

Your fiancee deserves to be told this BEFORE she come shere and marries you. That is number 1.

You "made her sell propery and quit her job" and you were banging another woman all the time? Are you sure you aren't an immigration attorney?

When you have informed your fiancee and she has agreed to move here and marry you anyway, I will be glad to give you advice on your I-864.

My heart goes out to your fiancee, She has already given up her home and her job for a man she thinks loves her... your actions have shown that you do not love her. You could not keep your pants zipped and now have ruined 2 womans lives. Do you fiancee one big favour and call off your relationship before you screw her life up even more. If you bring her to a foreign country after giving up everything and leaving her family and friends and then go on to cheat on her again (and you will cheat again, once a cheat always a cheat) you will have destroyed everything she had planned for her future with a man she thought she could trust.

You need to stand by your child and support that child from bith to college and beyond. you need to learn to keep your zip closed.

i dont think ur biggest issue is legal i think ur biggest issue is telling ur girl what YOU did.

sadly there are many of us on this forum that have gone years with out seeing our s/o women and men alike but we dont go looking for comfort from someone else.........so you really need to think about what is love.

im not trying to pick on u, but seems to me there is more than just legal problems going on here

Help me please and forget me!!

I made a terrible mistake. While I was waiting for my fiancee to come to US, I got pregnant another woman. My fiancee just came to the states to get marry with me and besides to be worry about how I’m going to get her forgiveness and do not want to jeopardize her status, since even though the circumstances make me “guilty”, I love her and I promised her this life and the other one to get her yes and be here with me. I am planning to be responsible for my baby, but my concern regarding this forum is once I married my fiancee and filed for the I-485, the issue of the baby can raised a red flag in our case and worst, her adjustment of status can be denied.

Thanks!!

No disrespect...well maybe a little, but this is some Jerry Springer s**t. One of lifes lessons mate, keep your tackle in your trousers and be honest with the poor girl. She at least deserves that much respect from you if you love her so much, then let her make her own mind up. You never know she may forgive and move on.

'But I being poor have only my dreams, and i have laid my dreams beneath your feet. Tread softly, because you tread on my dreams'

...but if i were her. i'will Forgive you, at the same time Forget YOU.

So...because you were raised in Mexico you don't have solid values!? are you for real?? so every mexican is like you...i highly doubt it.

I really don't care what you did or didn't but it really upsets me when you blame it in your nationality, i'm sorry but just because you were born in another country doesn't mean you can't better yourself as a person and be honest and honorable. No wonder some people have bad impression of Hispanics.

OUCH!

a hit where it hurts!!

You definately wanna make sure if the baby is yours first!

Then for surely you wanna talk to your fiance and let her know what happened. I do understand you are feeling guilty and to err is human and all these promises you made to her, so for the sake of those promises make sure you tell her what happened before you marry her. Do not lift her from her home and then break her heart. And if you really have any feelings for the mother of your child, if it is your child then maybe marry her.

its probably a decision you have to make, just make sure you don't cheat anyone now.

a mistake is only considered a mistake if you don't repeat it.

you obviously cheated your fiance by getting another woman pregnant, and i doubt the pregnant one knows your engaged either, but you marrying your fiance without telling what you did will be cheating her again.

so think wisely now

I'm totally agree what you said. I don't know what else to say..
