Of course its human error - the guy is sort of responsible for his actions is he not?

The context is that it was not a personal attack on anyone it was jokes and forwarded to friends and former board members.

My point was that just cause you tell a racial joke doesn't make you raciest. We dont know anything about this man and to call him a racist is jumping to conclusions not that you were calling him a raciest but some here were and I think people here are to sensitive when it comes to racial issues. About his decision to send these emails while he is a public figure, bad choice, what was he thinking.

I have no problem having fun with stereotypes but context is everything.
