Thanks for the input. He has not physicaly abused her and I understand that this may be a weak course of action trying to adjust on her own. They already sent the AOS in and recieved a request for additional proof and was given a deadline of july 11 to submit them. He will not open a joint account or anything like that. I really don't understand why he would have spent all this time bringing her and the kids over just to give her the finger, but stanger things have happened. I am just attempting to get an idea of her chances of success if he is still unwilling to complete the adjustment process.

For additional proofs:

1. wedding pictures and other pictures during their relationship (Philipppines and US)

2. letter address to either of them showing the same address (bills, etc)

3. a letter address to both of them. i.e. John and Mary Smith

4. Any health insurance? car insurance? life insurance?

And hope that the paper is transfered to CSC, else, she might have a problem during the AOS interview.
