what case's can be put forward to be expedited?

Basically what kind of case's can be put forward to be expidited and what is usually the outcome of this?

I don't think it applies to us but I'm getting desperate.

Desperate? You filed in Jan, that makes June your 6 months, get on the phone and start pestering them for information, failing that contact your sentor, they can go into bat for you.

Actually technically 13th July will be our 6 months up and weve already been in touch with our congressman who hasn't even bothered to get back to me after 3 weeks and quite a few phone calls and emails. I can't really do a lot because I'm only the beneificary and my fiancee (who is the petitioner) is often to busy with work and moving to do anything so in fact were both really struggling atm, by july things would of calmed down and she will be able to do more but until then all this waiting and watching feb people get approved is a hard thing to take. Unless, is there actually anything beneificarys can do over the phone?

There is nothing the beneificary can do, only the US Citizen can make your case move in anyway or receive info on it.

Thats pretty harsh what has happened to you guys and I'm honestly sorry to see such things like that happen espiecally from government officiated offices where peoples private information are just 'lost'. I'm afraid of the same thing happening to us. Hopefully you will get yours before mine as you guys deserve to be the next to NOA2'd from vermount. Thanks for the info you provided though. hopefully it won't be much longer for either of us.
