Imagine that, I finally hear something from CSC. They advise that they mailed an RFE on 23 June. Well, where is it? It's been 10 days already... Anyone else have this happen?

Yep, same with me! It is a bit frustrating, isn't it? At least it gives me a little more time to try to determine how to answer the Marriage Broker question on the RFE!

They take a couple of days to get the actual RFEs out with the post office, just look at the stamps on the envelopes of NOA1s and such. My update status was on June 19th, the stamp on my RFE says it was posted on June 22nd. So hang in there, it´s coming!

I don't believe anything was actually mailed to NSC transferees on June 23. I think what they meant to tell the senators offices was they were starting to mail out RFEs on June 23 - beginning with CSC cases that were filed anywhere from last week going backwards. Once those were mailed out, they then moved on to NSC transferees and those were probably mailed last Friday June 30. I have no proof of any of this - only that CSC direct filers all seemed to have received RFEs last week, and NSC to CSC transferees just started to receive theirs last Thursday and Friday.

In any event, I got two emails today and my online status was updated - so we'll see if it arrives this week - I won't know until I'm home again on Sunday.
