hi everyone.

my hubby and i met online march 2008. he saw my profile at okcupid.com and wrote me and we have been communicating eversince. he came to visit me september of last year and proposed to me. we got married april 2009. i just picked up our NSO certified marriage certificate yesterday and we are now about to start our CR-1 spouse visa process. wish us luck guys. :thumbs:

08/01/2009 - Sent I-130 package

09/18/2009 - I-130 approved

09/30/2009 - Case number assigned

12/17/2009 - Failed log in / Case completed YES!!

02/03/2010 - VISA interview at 830am -- VISA APPROVED

03/06/2010 - POE San Francisco via PAL

04/17/2010 - GC and SSN in the mail

ROC

01/06/2012 - Sent I-751 package to CSC

01/09/2012 - I-751 delivered at 11:12am / Date of NOA1

01/12/2012 - Check cashed

01/14/2012 - Received NOA1 hard copy

01/20/2012 - Date of ASC Appointment letter

01/25/2012 - Received ASC Appointment letter hard copy

Well my wife beat me in summarizing our happenings. She is zarbiey. :D So we have most of our papers ready well for phase one, and hopefully we wont mess up lol Any suggestions on the I-130 packet would be greatly appreciated. :D Good luck to y'all, and please wish us luck :dance:

09/27/2008 - finally met in person

09/29/2008 - got engaged

10/09/2008 - i went back to nevada

04/30/2009 - got married (yay!)

08/01/2009 - filed I-130

08/27/2009 - post office returned our NOA1 to CSC and said it was undeliverable

08/28/2009 - I called them and cleared the address, they are resending the NOA1

08/07/2009 - Our NOA1 date we got it at last on 09/05/2009.

09/08/2009 - Our petition has been touched :dance:

09/09/2009 - touched!

09/18/2009 - touched! (I-130 approved) THANK YOU LORD!

09/27/2009 - NOA2 hard copy dated 09/18/2009 (case status online still isn't updated)
