Happy Tuesday All~~

So much life going on...I love it! Hope everyone's day goes well and all are blessed.

Small world, it turns out that Maggie and I live SUPER close to each other!~~It was great meeting up with u last night Maggie. I have such a motor mouth lol....but I was really really excited to meet up with someone who has "been there, done that" and as u can tell, I'm a bit nervous about it all. Overall, I'm one amazingly blessed woman and I am truly happy to have a new sis. :D Cannot wait to meet the rest of the MENA girls this weekend! YAY!!!

Take care and have a great day!

Good Morning MENA!! Maggie, wow...I can't give you enough praise for taking in these children. You'll definitely have your hands full for a while. What is the extended plan for the children? My thoughts and prayers go to you and the children.

Melissa....chocolate for breakfast....hmm, sounds yummy!

Maureen, please let us know about that Pedipaw....I was thinking about getting that for my mom's dog.

Thanks for the dvd list Charles, I too, want to see Gran Torino. I heard it a very good movie. Wondering about Nobel Son....anyone seen it??

Tasha....you have a pyschotic cat too?? Let me guess, she's female right?? I have to wrap my cat up in a blanket with like 2 people supporting me just to cut her nails. She's scary!

Jackie girl....I don't know how you would let him wait to see you!! I would tell Ahmed he has to get his butt here ASAP!!!! At least he has the visa and inshaAllah he will be here to see you in July.

Amanda.....soon girl!! So soon!!

Beth, Judy and everyone else have a great day!!!

Sharifah

Yep Female! Ayman and I were in the garden two evenings ago and we looked up at our porch and saw her hanging from the screen door on the inside. She's messed up!

Good Morning

My boss' wife is here today.

She makes my time here so miserable.

i really can't stand her and I don't know why she always treats me like ###### and says some really off the wall, mean , accusatory things to me.

Some think cuz she is the wife and used to be the big cheese here she is jealous of me because I work so closely with her husband.

Her and my hubby should get to talking. He is so suspicious of what goes on here.

He would be happy if I didn't work at all or come into contact with anyone especially men.

Hey if he wants to work that hard and foot all the bills, no problem with me, I would gladly stay at home.

Maybe then my domestic tasks would get done

Have a good day.

We had a terrible vicious storm here when I got up for work.

Still a little rainy and cloudy.

Good morning everyone. I'm feeling well rested, went to bed around 7:30 PM! Ah. (of course I got up around 10:30 for about an hour then back to bed!) -- it's a luxury I will be missing when Friday comes around through September...

Have a good Tuesday!

Happy Tuesday MENA (F)

Maggie..you are awesome! (F) Please do not talk to me about Pedipaws... My hubby picked one up last week too! :P He "tried" to get Angus to sit still...NEVER HAPPENED! Big mush ran away and sat shaking under out table. Poor baby. He just hates the noise it makes and he shakes. Oh well, to PetSmart every once in a while, let a professional deal with it.

So, this weekend we went to a Retirment/Birthday party for a co-worker of mine. It was a lot of fun. We decided to leave a bit early and head off to this new place nearby called Haram. It's a hookah bar...totally adorable and packed all the time. We invited the couple we drove with and another couple from the party (I work w/ the husband). His wife is from Switzerland. She's a total sweety but her English is not 100%. My husband said, Britta, would you like to come with us to a hookah joint? She said hooker joint? With shock. He laughed thinking she was teasing and said yes, we are going to see hookers dance. (the name Haram I think also made her think this) Wanna come? We all laughed and we started to say "hookah" etc. But today I get to work and her husband says to me. Where did you guys go? I said a hookah place downtown. He said, OMG Britta thought the 4 of you went to a strip club. She specifically said to see hookers dance!":bonk: I think I almost passed out from laughing so hard. :P Gotta love English as a 2nd language! :P

Anywooo...Hope you are all doing well! (F)
