June 2009 I-751 filers

Hi Guys. I am a June filer, I still have not received the appointment for the biometrics. My paperwork was received on Saturday June 22nd, looking at the timelines everybody whose paperwork was received that day are still waiting, I called today the number on my NOA and the number is NOT in service. Does anybody know what is going on? Is there another number I could call? Thanks in advance. 2for 2

Hi 2for2, your not alone, as of today i havent received my biometrics letter yet, im like justbob, checking the mailbox everyday, still nothing.. hopefully we can get it soon.

My husband called this number: 1-800-375-5283 and try pressing "2" for the status of your application and then press "3" if you lost your receipt number, an operator will answer it and you can start asking questions...i myself talked to the operator, and the guy told me that the normal processing for biometrics is 45 days and he gave me a request number that i can use when i call them back after 45 days of NOA1 date..hope this help..

Hi. I call that number today, twice. The second time I was able to place a service response, asking the Vermont service center when I would receive the appointment, the operator got my phone number, email address and my street address, I am guessing, going by the timeline of somebody else who did the same thing that I will get the letter next week. I noticed that the applications received on the 22nd of June are yet to receive the biometrics letter, I dont think it is a coincidence, Could it have something to do with it being a Saturday? Who knows? Hope we will get it very soon. Best, 2for2

Hubby did a walk-in Biometrics today. :thumbs: They didn't care at all that the appointment date on the notice was August 6th. :no:

Filipina66, Just_Bob and 2for2, your Biometrics letter should come soon if you put in a service request (judging by reports of others who did that). My suggestion is to do a walk in as soon as you get it!

kappa, I added you to the list. What day did you send in your application? Good luck getting Biometrics FAST! Why not call up USCIS and put in a "Service Request"? Others who did this got the Biometrics notice fast after doing that! :thumbs:
