I've just got an e-mail from USCIS today at 923pm, the email said "card production ordered"...does it mean I'm approved?

Hicham&Darlene, nice to hear from you and hope you get the approval SOON!! :yes:

Ash83, PLEASE do not be afraid! Your 1-year extension letter (NOA1) will be honored even if you get the approval and green card while out of the country. :thumbs:

If they send you a notice for an interview (VERY VERY rare for Removing Conditions), yes, it is usually - if not always - at least two weeks after the notice comes. And you can reschedule it if you need to.

If you have a RFE OF COURSE you will be able to use the I=797C if you are out of the country! The reason they give the extension is so your stay in USA is covered legally during the process.

A lawyer at this stage is just a waste of money and won't do anything for you, so you don't need to consider it! :no:

Congrats on the approval Hicham! :dance::dance:

It is a bummer about VSC taking so long. However, I remember at K1 stage it took us CSC people 4-6 months to get an approval, and VSC filers were getting their approvals in two weeks flat!! :blink:

Really...its so bizarre how specific visa's take so long...perhaps they have more people in the I-751 room at CSC than the VSC...lol? Well, I will keep all posted if I hear a sniffle...

thank you glad its done.

i read somewhere not sure where lol that VSC concentraits on K-1 visa's first. That could be why its taking so long.

Hang in there they are just busy so taking longer.
