approved 09/04/09

and yesterday i have received the Green card

now no more papers with the IRS for the next 10 years

( i am not sure if it s convenient to take the citizenship)

Hello fellow VJ's last week Sept 8, I received THE CARD PRODUCTION ORDEREd as the status of my case thats why I update my timeline and yesterday I got this email.....

Application Type: CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On September 15, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

I just read on the MAY forum that a VSCers from MAY 20~ was approved :) that case was special because they send it on April 20 and VSC return it on May 16 (invalid Check) then they resend it on May 20~.

So hopefully this long waiting will end soon..

Today, I recieved my 10 year GC but there is incorrect information , my new GC is in my maiden name! The application we sent are correct we applied it in my married name like my first GC... I dont know what happened? :wacko:
