No e-mail notification, status online is unchanged but our mail woman brought us this:

I'd update the list but I'm a little shakey with joy and don't want to mess it up :)

6/04/2009 - check cashed (fast!)

6/08/2009 - received I-797C (receipt date 6/01)

7/01/2009 - received rescheduled Appt. Notice

7/23/2009 - Biometr. Appt.

7/24/2009 - A touch, a touch!

8/20/2009 - APPROVED! Oh, glorious day!

Yes...it appears someone nudged the pile at CSC - got the old card production e-mail here. Thanks to everyone here who helped and advised. One more step on the ladder before saying good bye to USCIS forever (I hope).

Our letter was in the mail when we got home last night. I thought it a bit strange, our letter was sent from our local office in Indianapolis. I thought it would come from CA since we sent our application there. Doesn't really matter, just glad this part seems to be over with. Until the next step. :thumbs:
