Update:
After waiting about 8 weeks for the Biometrics appointment, I called the USCIS phone number for the first time ever, walked several times through the menu, entered my case number and since it came back invalid, started over again. Twice. Finally I got a rep on the phone, a real brainless drone who read from a paper menu, having me eliminating reasons why I called. After a few minutes, she told me that she would have to transfer my case.

Waiting time 5 to 10 minutes.

About 12 minutes later I got an IO on the phone. He asked me a lot of questions to confirm my identity, then told me that it can take up to a year to get my Biometrics appointment. After I politely responded that I was a bit concerned that it might have been sent out but not received by me, and I had therefore called to avoid potential problems of a missed Bio appointment, he told me that no letter had been sent out yet and I should stay put and wait until I received it.

Well, for the rest of you June 22 people, let's find out if you get anywhere with a phone call to USCIS.

This is a full load of #######. Call them again or get an infopass. The IO at Columbus office told me that same ####### but I told her that I am a member of a blog and all the people got their Bio appointments, so it does not make a sense why I am the only one who did not get it.

I would call again, in my case the operator was very friendly and I immediately said that "I want to open a service request" (after just 45 days waiting for my Biometrics Letter). She asked (I believe to the supervisor) and then she opened the service request. 4-5 days after that call I received my Biometrics appointment letter.

I would try more calls until you get a friendly operator. Ask about the service request. Show your knowledge in the process! and you will be OK.

Welcome to mainyasha! Please everyone copy and paste the ENTIRE chart, because it is too difficult for us to be going back and updating various sections one by one.

Just_Bob, sorry about your frustrating phone call. :angry: Csoul gave good advise, just be strong and knowledgeable. If I was in your shoes I would have probably already put in a service request as well as scheduled an Infopass . I would even print out our June filers chart and point out the only ones who didn't get it! It is probably some computer glitch that left all of you June 22 dates without a bio! :protest:

ciao !!!

call the national service customer service the august 10

and ask the service request

yesterday received the biometric letter

and today went for a walk in

everything done without any problem in 20 minutes

i am happy !!

now i waiting to receive the GC 10 years !!!

the real appointment for the biometric was september 7
