I am a conditional parmanent resident here in USA.

We just have a child and I would like to invite my parents to visit us here for a month.

What are the documents I need to send them.

I think its not the problem for them getting a visa as they are more then 50's. and they have good job too.

Is there any sample letter that any 1 of u can provide me..

They need to apply for a tourist visa at the US Embassy in the country where they live. There is nothing for you to send them. Depending on what country they come from it can be very hard for them to get a tourist visa, they will need to show very strong ties to their home country and having a job is no guarantee to getting a visa.

All you can do is send a letter to your parent inviting them to visit. You should say why you want them to visit. If you are offering to pay for their trip, you should state that. If they will be staying with you, you should also state that.

No one can petition a tourist visa for another person. The prospective tourist must apply at the US embassy and be able to get a visa on their own. A person must show sufficient ties to their home country and that he/she will not be a potential illegal immigrant before he/she can obtain a tourist visa.
