Hi everyone,

We just moved and just filed AR-11 Change of Address electronically. Should my husband need to file Form I-865 Sponsor's Notice of Change of Address even though we don't have a pending application? Thanks in advance!

Hello there. I am in the same boat and filed AR11 yesterday. As I understood, it is required to file I-865 regardless of pending application, and my husband will do it as well. I think you have 30 days to do that.

Thanks LA80. I called USCIS too and the woman I talked with told me that my husband should file I-865 even though we don't have a pending case. So we went to the Postal Ofice and mailed it today :)

That's correct. You will both have to do this every time you move until you become a US citizen (if that's what you decide to do).
