does the I-134 affidavit of support form needs to be notarized? just want to make sure. M bringing my fiancee thru a k1 visa.

Also - if you look on the USCIS web site (in the I-134/forms section) you'll see the following annotation:

"You must sign Form I-134 in your full name. (Note: Signing Form I-135 is under penalty of perjury under U.S. law). For this reason, it is not necessary to sign Form I-134 before a notary, nor to have your signature notarize after you sign it."

Absolutely true, my fiancee just came in and we didn't have to notarize the I-134.
