Hello

Anyone care to review this for me? Am I forgetting anything?

I will be sending to Chicago address on July 21.

Here is what is listed on my cover page:

1. Check # xxx for fee $325 + $70 biometrics fee = $395.00

2. (2) two recent photos, 2 x 2

3. Copy of translated birth certificate (DOB xx/xx/xxxx)

4. Copy of passport identity page (passport #xxxxxxxxxx)

5. Copy of K-1 VISA (# xxxxxx, issued xx/xx/2006 from Embassy in Caracas, Venezuela)

6. I-693A Supplement (sealed envelope)

7. Form G-325A (4 pages)

8. Copy of I-94 (front and back)

9. Copy of I-129f approval notice (dated xx/xx/xxxx)

10. Copy of Marriage Certificate (dated xx/xx/2006)

11. Copy of Termination of prior marriages:

a. Divorce decree from prior marriage xxxxxx

b. Death certificate of spouse of xxxxx

12. Form I-864 Affidavit of Support with support documentation

a. Form 1040 tax year 2005

b. Form 1040 tax year 200

c. Form 1040 tax year 2003

e. Proof of assets: Bank letters and statements:

1. Bank name xxxxxxx

f. Proof of ownership of Real Property:

1. Property tax statement

2. Mortgage statement

g. Brokerage account statements:

1. Brokerage account savings

2. SEP account savings

(My USC wife is not employed, so we hope the assets will be enough, the total is above the poverty guidelines)

As far as the I-129 approval, is this just the 797 with the approval, or the whole petition form?

thanks a lot for the help.

Include a copy of your original birth certificate, along with the copy of the translation.

Also, include proof that your sponsor (your wife) is an American citizen. A copy of her birth certificate or her passport identity page should suffice.

Thanks for the advice about adding the birth certificate of my USC. I didn't see that mentioned anywhere in the form instructions or the guides, but it sounds like good advice, it seems logical that they would need that again, even though they know you are a K-1 visa holder so the relationship is there and you would proove it with the two birth certificates.

ok, here is the second half, the cover letter for the EAD and AP. I have all documents for these two apps on one side of a folder, and the AOS on the other side. I will mail all together to the Chicago address.

Thanks in advance for checking this for me!!!
