If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Greetings my long lost family :P

Sorry I haven't been around much. I picked up a 3rd job ... yes a 3rd one ... to try and help with plane tickets, etc. Imagine this, I am a bouncer at a sports bar in Denver. Probably hard to picture that ... right? Last Friday, I worked 19 1/2 hours straight, got one hour of sleep, then was up at 4 am to work my 12 hour shift on Saturday ... ugh! Can't do that too much ... I'm not 25 anymore :P

As of right now, we are still shooting for a July 8th return of my girls. Counting down the days ...

Has anyone heard from Caroline or Cintia? Haven't seen GS anywhere on here either ...

Shout out to my Sis ... thanks for the info

Cnt ... sounds like you have a lot of 'adjusting' going on in your life ;)

Jen ... How's the car? Any progress on your waiver?

Sarita ... you poor soul, stuck in Laguna all day :P Wear your SPF ! B)

Wendy ... Glad you found a little something to occupy your time. You'll have to tell me more about it. How is John?

Que & the gang ... hope everyone has a great weekend

Good Morning...Lisa I agree we should put our SOs in the same driving school. Maybe we should start them with bumper cars :)

Seren - I remember folks saying Montreal interviews were u usually assigned 90 days from case completion. You should be in the August pool of interviews.

Steve - I hope that third job is so you can keep yourself busy!! Don't work too hard...you will get yourself exhausted!!

How is everyone else doing???

Steve, I know it's terribly difficult. Do you need some karma stars? I'm sure I have some left over from when GS was here. Want me to pull them out for you??? Sounds like my husband before he got here. Working all these hours that are humanly impossible. I guess the positive thing is that you have less than a month before the ladies get here. So hopefully that will give you the energy you need to keep going! I'm wishing the best for you. Here you go... :star::star::star:

Lisa, our check was cashed awhile ago. I'm not sure what's going on. To tell you the truth, I'm not checking like crazy and driving myself mad over it, like when we were waiting for the NOA2 for our petitions :D

Sarita, I just happened to run into the lawyer which I spoke to 2 years ago when I first got married with my husband (his office is next door to USCIS). The lawyer said the same as Lisa. 2-3 months. He also said that if by some freak situation we don't get it within 90 days then the local USCIS office will issue a temporary work authorization card that can be used until the official one is issued. I thought that was a positive, for once. My husband was a little relieved as he is extremely eager to get back to work.

Que, driving with bumper cars sounds good. That might be a good idea for our K3 get together. Let's all go to an amusement park and put our spouses on bumper cars and go carts

Jen, I'm glad you posted. I miss your posts and your sense of humor.

Sarita, since you're gonna be on tonight maybe we can all get together. What do you all think? I should be good to go. I am only working half a day today so I can get my errands done early. Would you all like to get on around 8-9pm EST? Let me know. Send me a message to my cell. You all should have the number when I sent out texts to you guys.

Wow! I just realized that our 2 year anniversary is less than 3 weeks away!!! Can you believe it??? Okay, need help. What can I possibly do with a hubby that doesn't like movies or dining out??? Any ideas???
