Hello..everyone,sorry to come back to ask about this again after we've read all instructions about I-864 already.we also filed out some on I-864 but some part we're really not sure about it so we need your help again..

On part 3.Information on the immigrant(s) you are sponsoring Does my husband should check on

No.9 also ? As we have a kid togerther who is citizen and we also take kid with us back to usa. I told my husband

he should check on No.9 also and put the kid's name on the list but my husband said NO ! we shouldn't cuz the kid

is citizen not immigrant. SO now who is wrong I or my husband ?

We also have a joint-sponsor and at the same question.Does my joint-sponsor also should checkk on No.9 on Part 3 ?We all are confused now. Thank you very much for anyhelp !

yes you should.

for example i am a USC and petitioner, but i will be flying with my hubby to the US so i did write in my info as accompanying him.

when you write in the information, what they verify is, whoever is traveling with the beneficiary does not require financial support

so like myself, being a USC i do not need any documentation stating that someone needs to support me.

nor applies for your child...
