Hi all,

I wanted to know if any of you March 09 K-1 filers got your NOA2's yet? I have been only seeing the Feb 09 K-1 filers getting NOA2's. I am just curious to find out how long it is taking for them to process right now. If you are CSC filer for March 09 please let me know if you got your NOA2 yet. Thanks!

No one yet except Chadaporn & Neil which I understand was an expedited application. But with the averages right now and the processing time of 105 days, should be that anyone who got their NOA2 in the first week of March will be in that window... we can only hope.

From last week with the CSC office, that four applications were approved looking forward to seeing if they have started to approve applications again.

Sorry Correction Chadaporn & Neil were actually April Filers through CSC. The only March filer that has been approved through CSC is josef and divine.

WE filed on march 2009 n got approve last MAY (but we got it expedite since my fiance will be deployed) :crying: will miss him :(

We got our NOA1 on March 9th, so we're hoping NOA2 comes any day now. Looks like the Cal. service center is starting to pull March filers

TIMELINE:

03.06.09 - Filed I-129F

03.09.09 - Received NOA1

09.14.09 - RFE received

09.16.09 - RFE response sent

09.22.09 - NOA2!!!

09.28.09 - Case received by NVC

10.01.09 - NVC sent case to embassy

10.07.09 - Consulate received case, packet 3 sent via email

10.12.09 - Packet 3 checklist sent to embassy

10.21.09 - Embassy received completed checklist

12.14.09 - Appointment letter issued

01.19.10 - Interview

01.28.10 - 2nd interview

We filled out and got our NOA1 on march 19th. No NOA2 yet. Also waiting with lots of hope that'll come this month or july ^^

The first March filer got theirs today!!!

CSC really seems to have their act together right now. Everyone whose application is in the VSC is just scratching their head wondering what the hold up is.

No NOA2 for us yet either. We didnt file til the end of March however, so we'll be towards the end of March filers obviously. I am getting so antsy though!!!

Our Timeline-

7-15-07 Met in Cambridge, England while I (Meggie) was studying at Cambridge

-Love at first sight :) Visited each other COUNTLESS times between August 07- July 08

-Meggie moved back to UK on work program. Continued relationship July '08-January '09

-Kevin's visit to AZ for our birthdays 2009 (March 9- Kevin & March 10- Meggie)

3-10-09 Engaged!

3-28-09 Filed the I-129F Petition at California Service Center

3-31-09 NOA 1

4-2-09 Touched

4-3-09- NOA 1 Received in mail!

6-2-09 thru 6-7-09 Kevin and Meggie meet in Minnesota for a family wedding :)

8-28-09 thru 9-7-09 Kevin visits Me in Arizona

9-9-09 Congressman's office sends inquiry to CSC on our behalf.

I am sure yours is coming shortly, maybe in the next week or so. Me on the other hand have a long way to go. Unless, I get as lucky as that one filer in May who got his NOA2 sooner than normal processing times. Just hang in there your almost there. :)
