I don't drink to get drunk too often nowadays, but when I do I usually feel out of commission the following day.

The hangovers are definitely getting worse the older I get.

ditto. when i was 18 we'd go out and drink nonstop from midnight to 6am (which is normal hours to go out in brazil), and i'm sayin hard liquor + beer. the next day i'd be good as new after a few hours. now i drink only beer, stop drinking before midnight and it lasts all day.

Common cure for hangovers is Brazil is having a beer when you wake up.

yup. unless you keep going all day then you keep repeating yourself untill you have no choice because you need to go back to work, then the cure is lots of water, ibuprofen, greasy food and strong black coffee.

You need a choice for "nothing, nada,no effects whatsoever" or "just a little tired"

Aint that the truth!!! My usual session runs from Friday night thru Sunday evening, and in my younger days, I was a bit icky on Monday morning, but fine by the evening. Nowadays, I don't fully straighten out until Wednesday!!

Suffice to say that after that almighty session at Amby's place last week, I am on the wagon until at least July.

On the occasion when I drink a lot the night before, I will drink 2-3 litres of cold water the next morning/afternoon.

Also, extremely spicy food and caffeine help.

When you get older, it's best to knock it off after 2-3 drinks..... Otherwise you will "hangover" for quite a while.

If you are young, bounce back time is only a good nights sleep away....

I have a good tolerance built up, so hangovers are rare. If anything, I will get a mild headache sometimes, but usually I am fine the next day. Just tired mostly cuz I have an internal alarm clock that wakes me up at the same time every morning no matter how late I am up lolol. I hate that. I guess it helps that I've learned my drinking lessons from when I was younger, but I will say, open bar = game over lol. w00t i have two of those coming up in vegas in two weeks. sigh gg liver

However, I voted for the third option because when I am REALLY drunk, it typically ALL comes out via my mouth. Then I'm in a world of hurt.

Still doesn't stop me from drinking again tho.
