I am in Egypt for the next 4 months..We have not got our noa2 yet. My lawyer says the affidavit is time sensative. I have read on here that someone had it signed 4 months before and it was excepted. Do I need to wait to have the co sponor sign and date or can I go ahead and have it done? thank you

I am having my aunt do both the I 134 and the I 864. I am going to have both done just incase I chose another path. I was needing to know since I do not have the NOA2 yet can I go ahead and have her sign and date them and send or should I wait til it is approved? Thanks

Do not send anything until you have been given instructions to do so. You can always have them filled out and ready to go however. If you do the K3, you don't need it until the interview and the I134 no longer has to be notarized. So she could fill that out and just don't put the date until you have the interview date. I don't know about the CR1 as we are following the K3 process, but I know you should not send anything to NVC until they have asked you for it.
