HELLO IM SO HAPPY TO COME BACK HERE BUT NOW WITH GOOD NEWS ON FRIDAY I WENT TO PICK UP MY MAIL AND THERE WAS A LETTER SAYING congratulation on you approval i couldnt believe i m a vsc approval i guess send 1751 on aug 29

approval date may 29( got letter on my old address and they forwarded to my new address even tough i did change of address on january .....so whats next now am i safe? do i lose card if i get divorced even tough know this are going good between me and my husband want to know, I can apply for citizenship on august 25 2009 but still thinking about it

for know i ll be happy for a few month and then come back bitching again with the n 400 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

thank you guys to be there for me when i needed you the most

Congratulations!!! :). The stress is over for you now. If you do get divorce now, nothing will happen to you as there is no conditions to remove now. I hope things work out between you and your husband. BTW if you did get the approval on old address your card might be mailed to old address. You are another proof of my claim that USCIS doesn't change address of a pending case and only for a new case.

04/14/2010: Notice Date

04/19/2010: Received NOA in the mail

04/20/2010: RFE sent (Should it be the biometric letter?)

04/24/2010: Biometrics letter received (it is the RFE) scheduled for 05/06/2010

04/29/2010: Biometrics done (early walk-in)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
