I understand you must have interview and receive Visa before you can attend Orientation Seminar. Is this correct?

not necessarily... i attended my seminar a month before my interview (we happened to be in manila that time so we thought might as well do it). BUT, the CFO wont stamp or put sticker on your passport if you dont have a visa yet... PRISM or St. Mary's plus the one in Cebu is where you can get a seminar (which is required by the CFO)... once you're done w/ your seminar, you can head to the CFO and paid their fees in advance and keep the receipt. once you have your visa already you can go back and present your passport w/ the visa... and ur all set! thats what i did.

Citizenship N-400

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared

Not really, you can attend the cfo seminar even without the visa yet as long as you have the interview appointment letter yu can show.

Not really, you can attend the cfo seminar even without the visa yet as long as you have the interview appointment letter yu can show.

is that the new requirement now??? i had my seminar nov. 2006 :blush: heheh and i didnt have my interview appointment coz we didnt know our sked that time yet.

had my seminar last nov 2008 they didnt even asked for my interview letter chuva :lol:

03.14.2011 -------I-751 sent overnight

03.15.2011 -------package says "Delivered"

03.30.2011 -------ASC Appointment Notice Received

04.22.2011 -------Biometrics Appointment

08.29.2011--------APPROVED! GC RECEIVED!
