Hi All,

I have sent thick document responding to RFE 2 weeks ago. I am a little bit nervous as I am not sure whether they got it alright and ... Do you recommend just forget about it for now until I hear from them or how do I follow up with them to make sure they got my documents? I have the proof of delievery but not sure whether that is enough.

Thanks always for your help.

Are you tracking your case online? When I was adjusting status I had an RFE and as soon they get my RFE package they updated the status for my case showing that they received my response and that my case continues...

If you can't see any update in the website I recommend to schedule an Infopass.

Good luck.

I also replied to an RFE about 2 wks now. and nothing has been updated online so we r all on the same boat. Can someone who went through the RFE process tell us how long it took before they heard back from uscis . pls share ur experience with us. Just wondering do they usually call for an interview after RFE..

It seems like USCIS doesn't want to bother updating the cases online anymore. So, hard to tell if they have received your RFEs or not. My suggestion is wait for another two weeks and if nothing, make InfoPass to inquire about it.

Been there, done that today, they got my evdience 19 days ago, and still nothing from them. I called today, they confirmed its in mail room. But I knew that, cause I too got received signature time and date.

I only called cause in 3 days, the deadline with USCIS comes, I wanted it on record I called, and in case the officer who issued RFE does not have my evidence on his desk by June 11th, they can not just deny case cause the mailroom has not given it to him.

So CALL THEM!!! get name of person you talked too and etc. they should email you that they have resumed processing of your case from what I've seen on some past RFE in the last couple of months.

Ok I have question, I did not put ATTN: RFE on the envelope when I sent my package. What should I do to make sure that it gets to the right officer? Next, I called today and spoke to some chic who would not give me any info but what is online which has been the same since they transfered my case from vcs to csc. Paris heart how did you get the CSR to tell you that info? My dead line is June 23rd.

Thanks
