Here is my exp at the AOS interview.

We reached the office at San Bernardino at 8:00 AM, there was a McDonalds near by so we thought we will have breakfast before we go in.. we stopped and to my surprise so a lot of ghetto people and my husband told me this is a bad area as they were all looking at us and we were the only ones dressed with clean neat clothes.. anyways we parked our car in the parking lot and walked towards to front door.

Gave the passports and interview letter to the card and went through the check [ just as in airports] He then told us to go to the 2nd floor and put the letter in the center window, we went through the lift and walked inside to find 6 couples waiting before us. we put the letter and were asked to sit, while watching the news channel outside we saw one couple who was with a lawyer get denied and the lawyer was explaining possibilities to re-apply in spanish [ Did not understand a word but knew the gestures].

Our appointment was booked for 9:30 AM and while waiting many more couples walked in with kids and we were looking at them play while the couples that had arrived before us were being called, at 10:05 AM a Filipino elderly man came in and called my name, he did not have a smile.. he had a dead serious face and we thought thats it we are already in the deniel list, I got upset and started getting nervous.

We made us sit and then asked for our ID's, gave him my EAD and he gave his Drivers Licence.. he took the appointment letter and made photocopies and came back and said that he needs to read a long letter and then we need to stand up for the Oath, he read the letter which said that i will be punishable by law............................ and then we took the oath and sat down.

He asked my husband is he was wearing those clothes cause of religion [ He had a black kurta], then there was a 30 mins talk about religion and he does not believe in any but God and explained why he doesnt and whats important is Love [ I was waiting for the stamp ;) ]

He then confirmed all the info on the form, asked if i had anythign with our names on it, gave him bills with same address but they werent joint, gave him our flight confirmation tickets to london, marriage cirtificate, and the svaings bank account [ He dint look at any of these just took them and filed them...then stamped my application as Aprroved :) i gave a big grin and they continued talking about Love and God. He then explained the removal of conditional status and wrote the date so we remember.

He told me he will stamp my passport and be back and then got back saying he needs to go down and do it... we walked along with him and he stamped my passport and wished me luck and success and said keep that smile on your face :)

We thanked him and walked out.

Thank you guys for all those kind words and wishes they really helped :)
