You know! I had the same questions but I did some research and I couldn't find anywhere anything showing that we have to pay any other fees at the embassy other that the medical that we have to pay and the courier to deliver the visa if is not given same day at the embassy. I'm I right guys????? anyone else have any other word on this??????

No....... as u must have paid $400.00 IV fee to NVC ,that is your visa fee.They might ask during interview that if you have paid visa fee and applicant can show the IV payment receipt as proof.
