Hi All,

I have a question, any help on this will be greatly appreciated. My brother's visa petition has been approved by USCIS and is in NVC now where I will have to pay $400 fees to go further. While we applied he was not married that is few years ago. Now he is married and has a child. How do I add family information to the visa petition at this point. Because I am assuming if he has to accompain his wife and child to US he will have to pay $400 fees for each one.

Thank you,

Usha

Contact the NVC; http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3177.html. Tell them that you want to add your brother's wife and child as derivative beneficiaries.

I presume you will need at the very least, a copy of your brother's marriage certificate and a copy of his child's birth certificate certified by the appropriate issuing authority.

Each beneficiary will require a $400 fee for the DS-230 (immigration visa application). $1,200 for the entire family.
