We recieved our Packet 3 from Vancouver are up to setting up appontment for physical and interview and yet Portsmouth, NH is requesting Agent of Address form then they are suppose to send me a packet and request $420.00 and it appears to be for the CR-1. This is very confusing should we abandon one of these perhaps the CR-1?

Everything has gone so smoothly up to this point. GRRRRR Thanks for any help!

It depends on what you want to follow. If you want the K3, ignore the choice of agent request and anything having to do with the CR1. If you want the CR1, then you send in the choice of agent, etc and that will get the CR1 process going.

I would suggest looking at the processing timeline differences between the CR1 and K3 visas at VanCouver. If they are similar go with the CR1.

Another option is to pursue both. The cost of the CR1 and another trip to VanCouver is probably less expensive than the $1010 AOS fee.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

Excellent information I believe we have a year to reply to the CR-1 package so definately worth considering.
