Now, (I'm the USC) I'm getting really confused!!!

Only recently found out that my husband needs to report any changes of address....

At the time he got approved for his K1 visa, I was still living at the same address as when I sent the petition for him. A month after he received his K1 approval, I moved to a "bigger" place to which he arrived a week later. After having married within the 90 days and 3 months after his moving to the States, we moved to a much better place (current address). Filed the AOS/EAD/AP using current address.

Got the NOA for all 3, then received the EAD/AP... AOS is still pending. NOAs/EAD/AP have been received at current address (because we did put down current address at time of AOS application).

Is this still an issue for us and USCIS that we have not filed the AR-11 / I-865? Or have they already "updated" their records when we filed the AOS with the current address and using his A#? I looked at the online version, it's so confusing!

I'm worried that we overlooked this and is going to bite us in the behinds.....

You should update your address (as required by law) asap.

It won't be an issue as long as you do before it "bites you in the behind".

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

I hope not as what others said..but law requires you should inform them the change of address within 10 days upon moving.I did report my change of address online within that 10 days period.

Thank you... I filled out the AR-11 online for my husband. What about the I-865? We filed the AOS along with the I-864 with the current address... is it still needed to do the I-865 even through I, as his sponsor, did fill it out while at our current address?

I wish we had known it sooner or that my husband was informed of this legality upon arrival to the States so we know we are to inform USCIS (along with DMV, and all those other departments). *signs*

No - you would not need to fill out the 865 - since the correct address is on the form (864).
