hey guys

i recieved my approval on april 27th and it said to wait 60 days for card---i did a service enquiry anyway and recieved a mail saying that my case was approved and PENDING card production in 60 days---i wonder is it possible to get the card in the mail without getting the card production email or any other notice or do you have to get some type of email or should we be checking our mailbox for the card everyday----i do know there is a 8 week delay but maybe it will come in the mail without any email notices?????

what do you think?

Funny, how we have almost the exact same I-751 timeline! (according to your I-751 posts, by the way you can updated your VJ timeline too)

Hmmmm...maybe our files being "stuck together" was a good thing after all.. :)

P.S. You're probably better off calling your local senator/congressman/ombudsman for immigration-related issues!

Believe me, 911 is for medical emergencies only....(but that's another story...)

Congrats!

Sounds like people who have received their GC have all gotten some kind of email notifications. I am approved on April 18th, and still no email update yet. Guess it needed longer waiting?

Few days ago, I got an email from CRIS "Approval notice sent", but I actually got my GC in the mail today. Thank you all.

6/2/2010 - Priority date

6/9/2010 - Check cashed

6/11/2010 - NOA in my mail box

6/17/2010 - Able to see case status "Initial Review"

6/18/2010 - LUD

7/2/2010 - Called mis-information line to put in a service request for STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED "FP NOTICE"

7/8/2010 - LUD, at 2:32am, received text msg and e-mail for req. for add'l evidence being mailed out on July 6th, believe it's for the FP

7/12/2010 - Received FP notice in mail, scheduled for 8/2/2010

7/15/2010 - Walk in FP

7/22/2010 - Online status changed to "Case sent to local office for interview schedule"

7/27/2010 - Received interview letter for 8/23/2010

8/23/2010 - Passed interview, was informed that next oath date is 9/22/2010 and oath letter will come in the mail

9/3/2010 - Received oath letter in the mail for 9/22/2010

hi everybody

waiting for these plastic 10 year cards has become so annoying--i was approved april 27th with hard copy in the mailbox---nothing since then--status still says case is transerred and pending on website--i called and made a service enquiry and received another hard copy in my mailbox at home that my card was PENDING card production---i know there is 8 week delay but why are some people getting their cards with the same approval time/filing date as mine---cant they just make a LARGE batch of them at once---cant they just press a button and dispatch a huge patch of cards at once---come on already how long does it take to upgrade a computer and why are some people getting cards and some not? what do you think?

04/05/2010: Sent package to Dallas, TX lockbox via priority mail with delivery confirmation

04/07/2010: Package delivered in Dallas, TX

04/14/2010: Notice Date

04/19/2010: Received NOA in the mail

04/20/2010: RFE sent (Should it be the biometric letter?)

04/24/2010: Biometrics letter received (it is the RFE) scheduled for 05/06/2010

04/29/2010: Biometrics done (early walk-in)

05/19/2010: Received email advising that case has been transfered for standard interview at local office

05/21/2010: Interview letter received with notice date 05/17/2010

06/22/2010: Interview - passed

09/14/2010: Oath Ceremony at Boston, MA - Officially became US citizen
