hi mga fellow vj,,help naman poh.... approved na ung petition ng sister in law ko and she already paid their IV bill. the problem is,, she is worrying if her youngest daughter can be with her,,, her daughter dont have papers because she was newly born. her husband is Lawful Permanent, does his husband need to file another petition for the child????

IS UR HUSBAND IS USC??? her husband is still green card holder. so bits means that she can go with her daughter even though they diddnt file for her?

My son who's 2yrs old is not yet included in the petition when my husband file I-130 back in 2005...he called NVC and thats what they have advised him to do, so he submitted our son's birth certficate and a letter of request..we also paid $400 for his immigrant application.
