Hello friends,

I am a U.S citizen and my finance is from Cebu, Philippines. We met through a common friend on Feb of 2008. I visited her twice now, in April of 2008 and Dec of 2008. We communicate daily. I applied for K1 visa on Feb 27, 2009 in California. I received a confirmation letter that my K1 package was received and my check $450 was deposited about a week after. It's been three months and I have not received an approval letter. Should I be concerned? Please share your thoughts. Thank you in advance.

Or it just might be a long time. But no use in worrying about it this early in the game. If you get to 5 months, then the frustration REALLY kicks in.
