hello

i have a question regarding tax documents & removing conditions

i was out the country on the time for tax return filing ,, & i wasnt realize that is important for removing my conditions

so my tax return done as married filed separately & my wife's one done as head of house hold they told her tht give her more money but both on the same adress,,

when she tried to do it jointly they told her that i have to be there physically so why she did it like that

so my q is it ok to send these 2 tax return as long as both r on the same adress or i have to amend our return on the joint one

I,ll be soo thankfull if u helped me

in order to file as you suggest meant you were out of the country for quite sometime...

the only way for someone who is married to file as HOH is if they are considered "unmarried" for tax purposes... not sure what the ramifications of that would be to an ROC filing

YMMV
