how does the ex even know she is coming to marry u and a k1 has been applied for?

At the time when this occurred, he didn't because we weren't even thinking about marriage. He suspected she was trying to get a tourist visa I assume. She tried to get one but was rejected due to lack of ties to her home country. That's a pretty common conclusion to a tourist visa app in Thailand since it is tough to get one in that country.

That's a serious understatement. One of my Thai friends, who went to school in the US and earned her Master's Degree here, and now works for a large multinational software development company, was denied a tourist visa.

If your phone records show a list of the harassing phone calls from the x-bf, make copies of the phone bills and have her bring them with her as counter evidence of the maliciousness of the x-bf.

If the CO asks about the allegation (which I doubt he/she will) your fiancee can show that the x-bf is in fact a liar and a loser with your phone records.

Thanks for the replies everyone. One more similar question. If the ex is unsuccesful in causing a problem for her during the interview, is there any way he could cause a problem for her at the POE when she attempts to enter with her K1? In other words, is there any way he could call the POE or immigration and make some false claims that would result in her being turned away at the POE? Also has anyone holding a K1 or CR1 been rejected at the POE during their attempt to move to the U.S.?
