How do you schedule your CFO counceling in manila to obtain so you can get passport?

I emailed the CFO office and they did not respond.

hello...You do not need an appointment or schedule to go there,just bring your passport..

No appointment needed. Just have ur fiancee bring all the valid id's and also a photo of u and her together.

did u mean u wanted to attend CFO seminar so you can get a passport as part of the requirement for the DFA???

you dont need an appointment, its a first come first serve basis...

some DFA are strict on asking CFO etc if they know your reason of getting a passport is for spousal or fiance/e visa... when i applied for a passport i just reasoned out for a tourist visa or vacation...
