RFE Wasn't bogus!

Hello! My wife called NVC this morning and she was told that we have documents missing --BYE BYE JULY INTERVIEW ) So, i called just to make sure. Sure enough it was true. Apparently there were documents missing from the form DS-230 and I-864 for the kids. Nothing big, just a small glitch. Not the news i was expecting this morning, but I thank the Lord for everything. Good luck everyone...Take care n God Bless.

Yes... all have their own I-864 and to be the PRINCIPAL IMMIGRANT.. custody papers and consent from other parent has to be submitted along with the I-864( IF APPLICABLE )
