Are all EADs (employment authorization) must be transferred to CSC?

Today is exactly the 90th day of our EAD. What should I expect a letter coming from USCIS that my petition has been moved to CSC?

Or should I expect the permit itself? Can someone give an advise?! Please

The EADs are issued from the National Benefits Center in Missouri. The I-485 AOS is transfered to a local office or service center.

If you have not received the EAD in 90 days from the receipt date, you can wait, you can try calling, or make an infopass appointment and ask for an interim EAD.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

Unless you receive a notice your case was transferred to CSC it will be at the NBC in Missouri. The I-485 is then transferred to your local office if USCIS decides an interview is needed in your case.

The 90 days for your EAD starts from the date USCIS receives your application barring any RFEs. If you had an RFE, start your 90 day coun starts from when they received the RFE and resumed processing on your case.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
