hi, guys this is my timeline.

01/5/2009- Sent package via USPS Express Mail to VSC

01/12/2009- Receipt Date

01/20/2009- Received NOA with above receipt date in the mail.

02/06/2009- Did biometric successfully.

02/09/2009- Touched

after this until now , I didn't get any snail mail, or email about my case.

so many people filed in Jan 2009 got approval. even the timeline behind us.

just wonder someone has same timeline get news from uscis?

I hate to be the one to point this out but the average time it is/has-been taking for lifting conditions (VSC) is 228 days - or almost 8 months. Can take less and there are plenty of folks who have waited a year (or even longer). This is based on VJ member's timelines.

Anita, it is still quite early for you to start getting concerned. There are still a lot of applicants from last year who haven't received their 10 year green card approval yet. You might want to look at this thread - it has a list of the dates people applied, when they received their NOAs, did their biometrics, and when - if - they have been approved. While there have been some approvals from January 2009 there haven't been a lot, so you really don't need to worry yet. Just keep being patient.

Well if its in the ninth month - go ahead and apply for Naturalization - it will force them to do the removal as part of the Naturalization. Good Luck

2008

Removal of conditions

March 17 Refiled using new I-751 form

April 16 Biometrics done

July 10 Green card production ordered

2009

Citizenship

Jan 20 filed N400

Feb 04 NOA date

Feb 24 Biometrics

May 5 Interview - Centennial (Denver, Colorado) Passed

June 10 Oath Ceremony - Teikyo Loretto Heights, Denver, Colorado

July 7 Received Passport in 3 weeks

Shredded all immigration papers Have scanned images
