Didn't see a forum for this topic yet. We sent our package off June 2 and now the waiting begins....OMG what a process! Good luck to us all!!!!

10-13-08 - Met on Yahoo

03-03-09 - Mark's first visit to U.S.

05-22-09 - Mark's second visit to U.S.

05-23-09 - ENGAGED!!!!

06-02-09 - Sent 129-F

06-09-10 - NOA1

06-10-09 - Check cashed

06-16-09 - NOA1 hardcopy received

09-17-09 - NOA 2!!!!!

09-22-09 - Case received by NVC...got new NVC case number

09-23-09 - Case sent to London Embassy

09-25-09 - Case delivered to London Embassy

10-09-09 - Packet 3 received to Mark

10-29-09 - Packet 3 posted to embassy

11-27-09 - Mark's medical in London....PASSED!!!!

12-29-09 - Mark's interview at embassy....APPROVED!!!

12-31-09 - Mark gets his visa from the courier

01-19-09 - Mark here in the US for good!!!! POE - Atlanta

03-06-10 - Wedding....YEAH!

04-01-10 - AOS, EAD, AP paperwork filed

04-06-10 - NOA 1 received

05-07-10 - Biometrics in Birmingham, AL

05-15-10 - File transferred to CSC

06-15-10 - Green card production ordered

06-26-10 - Green card received in the mail

04-09-12 - ROC NOA 1

05-11-12 - Biometrics in Birmingham, AL

I mailed our I-129 overnight to CSC on 4 June. Checked the USPS sit and the package was signed for 5 June. I was curious about the usual time frame for getting a case number. I'm assuming this is the "NOA1" I see referenced. Good luck and a smooth and speedy process to everyone.

07 Dec 08 - We met.

24 May 09 - We were engaged.

04 Jun 09 - Mailed I-129F to CSC.

15 Jun 09 - NOA 1. Letter in mailbox.

22 Sept 09 - NOA 2. Letter in mailbox.

21 Oct 09 - Interview, approved.

26 Oct 09 - Visa picked up at FedEx.

1 Nov 09 - US entry.

7 Nov 09 - Wedding day.

3 Dec 09 - Mailed AOS package.

9 Dec 09 - NOA 1 for AOS, EAD, AP.

5 Jan 10 - Biometrics appointment.

5 Feb 10 - Card production ordered.

My fiance just sent our packet today! Yay!

Now we're also one of the many couples here waiting for USCIS to decide on our fate...I'm not quite sure how I feel. I'm anxious...But I'm excited knowing that my loveaboo and I will be together again soon. But I'm also worried that something might go wrong and we won't be together again soon...

The waiting is just so excruciating...I just hope everything goes right and tour journey will be really smooth.
